The XCC TMP Editor is included as part of the XCC Utilities pack. It is capable of editing the TMP, SNO, DES, LUN, and URB files used for terrain in Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge. It can also be used to create TMP files. Since its release, an unofficial version was created by MetalMario, which enables some new features, such as the ability to customise the radar colour of your terrain files.
