The XCC IMA ADPCM WAV Writer Plug-in is an addon for WinAmp that enables you to output sound files in the IMA ADPCM WAV format used by Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge. Like the AUD Plug-in it can simply be selected from the available output sound drivers from the WinAmp preferences menu, then play the sound file to convert to IMA ADPCM.
