This program is included as part of XCC Mixer. It enables you to view and edit the BAG files used by Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge to hold sounds and unit voices. You can drag and drop IMA ADPCM files from Windows Explorer, or a drag-and-drop capable browser, into an open BAG file in the Sound Editor to add them to the game. You can also compress the BAG files using this tool.
