Simple flag which can be set to 'yes' or 'no' and determines whether or not Ore will grow, independently of whether or not there are any Ore Mines present on the map. The rate of Tiberium growth is determined in the RULES file by the GrowthRate= statement in the [General] section, and is set to the average minutes between growth, and also in the [Tiberiums] section - each type has the Growth= and GrowthPercentage= statements which determine the rate at which it grows.
