Specifies the minimum number of players (inclusive of human and AI players) allowed on this map. Should not be less than 2 or bad crashiness can result. Should be used in multiplayer maps only. This tag is only recognized by Red Alert 2 V1.005 or later as it was added for Final Alert 2 support.
