Specifies whether this animation is the animated part of a Tiberium type's appearance. Works in conjunction with CellAnim.
If set, the cell animation is tied to the parent overlay type and to the related Tiberium type: If the Tiberium overlay is removed (i.e. harvested or destroyed), so is the animation. The animation will reappear if and only if the same type of Tiberium regrows on the cell.
