ExtraDamageStage= is a defunct and non working tag that, surmising from the fact that all building shps require a third and completely unused damage frame, was going to be used to enable that extra damage frame. Further evidence of this can be found in tiberian sun base structure images, where a unique third frame was made for each building but went entirely unutilized.
