This flag determines whether or not a building with CanBeOccupied=yes and MaxNumberOccupants set to a positive integer greater than 0, will allow its occupants to fire weapons from inside of it.

An infantry with Occupier=yes that is occupying the building will fire OccupyWeapon if its veterancy status is "green" or "veteran", and EliteOccupyWeapon if "elite".
