Setting this to "no" will hide the tileset in the FinalSun & FinalAlert map editors. This was most likely the flag's original function in the game's internal map editor as well. Useful for hiding or excluding obsolete tilesets that aren't automatically excluded from placement (such as marble madness tilesets).
