If the game drops below this frames-per-second threshold value while in-game movies are playing, the game will automatically switch to the lowest visual detail level setting, turning off various visual effects, and skipping the playback of some battlefield Animations.

The high visual settings won't return until the frames-per-second exceeds the threshold value plus the value of DetailBufferZoneWidth.
