The warhead specified as [General]→LightningWarhead= will always use this animation instead of what you specify in its Template:TTL , except if that warhead is tagged Template:TTL and detonated over water, in which case the normal [CombatDamage]→SplashList= logic takes over. Originally used by the Lightning Storm Superweapon.
