PowerUpXYSort

Acts exactly like ActiveAnimYSort and is used to adjust the layering of the animation. In general, building animations with larger YSort values will layer over ones with lower values, and the using lower numbers can result in units appearing through the animation.

Does not change the actual position of the animation.
