Can be set to 'yes' or 'no' and determines whether or not this BuildingType acts as an Ore Purifier. This means that whenever the player's Ore Miner returns to the Refinery with Ore, this structure multiplies the resultant credits value of that Ore by the value held in the PurifierBonus= statement.
