Logic related to SmallFire, as a whole or in part, is obsolete in Red Alert 2 and/or Yuri's Revenge.

An animation to be used by the Flamer and Scorch logics. If any of those features is used, SmallFire has to set to a valid animation.

Both logics are not available in Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge.
