Red Alert , Counterstrike and Aftermath
If set to no, certain BuildingTypes (helipads) get their dock filled with a certain (hardcoded, depending on the side building it) AircraftType.
Tiberian Sun - Yuri's Revenge
If set to no, all BuildingTypes with Template:TTL get their first dock filled with a certain AircraftType.
Template:NeedTesting In Tiberian Sun and Firestorm, said AircraftType is the first one from the [AircraftTypes] list.
In Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge, it's the first entry in the [General]→Template:TTL list.
