Defines the RGB color of the outer part of IsLaser=yes weapons.

Bugs/Side-Effects/Unexpected Limitations This flag is only correctly read from the object's Primary weapon; If the object has a Secondary laser weapon, it will use the LaserOuterColor values of the Primary weapon.
