Logic related to Smoke, as a whole or in part, is obsolete in Tiberian Sun, Red Alert 2 and/or Yuri's Revenge.



Although this flag is parsed, it doesn't do anything, therefore it is entirely obsolete.

In Red Alert, buildings have a chance of emitting smoke when destroyed. The logic is hardcoded to spawn the SMOKE_M animation type. Smoke was added during Tiberian Sun's development likely to unhardcode this logic, however the logic ended up scrapped.
