This flag is used as part of the Boris Airstrike Logic. It controls the number of AircraftTypes called in at Elite level by a weapon whose warhead has Airstrike=yes. The AircraftTypes themselves are defined using the EliteAirstrikeTeamType flag.

Bugs/Side-Effects/Unexpected Limitations if EliteAirstrikeTeam=x (EliteAirstrikeTeam=-1,EliteAirstrikeTeam=0) Units using this weapon aim a laser beam at their target. But there will be no AircraftTypes flying to attack the target!
