Values:	Unsigned integers: All non-negative whole numbers from 0 to either 32767, 2147483647 or 4294967295. (Limited to: 1 - 10)

Specifies the duration, in frames, of each cloaking stage. Effectively, this is the speed at which the object (de)cloaks, with 1 being the fastest and 10 slowest possible.
