Fake Super Weapons

This is the name given to a modding exploit which attempts to simulate new super weapons through the use of objects such as invisible buildings which explode.

With the advent of the RockPatch, this technique has become rather redundant, however two good examples are the Ion Cannon and Meteor Storm recreations by Psycho (link).
