This was originally added to the Weapons Factories, Barracks and Refineries but was later commented out by Westwood, as it can cause the AI to struggle to place large structures when space is already limited, making the AI develop its base very slowly. If the AI cant build a Weapons Factory, Barracks or Refinery within the space it has, it obviously won't be an effective enemy.

Note

This was originally added to the Weapons Factories, Barracks and Refineries but was later commented out by Westwood, as it can cause the AI to struggle to place large structures when space is already limited, making the AI develop its base very slowly. If the AI can't build a Weapons Factory, Barracks or Refinery within the space it has, it obviously won't be an effective enemy.
