This specifies the sound to make when TechnoTypes uses his Type "MindControl" weapon and can be any sound as defined in the SOUND.INI file.
Note
- This tag saves Westwood time from having to assign sounds to "MindControl" type weapons All, even if you omit the YuriMindControlSound tag and use the Report tag instead, it will produce the same results.
