Can be set to 'yes' or 'no' and specifies that the weapon uses a 'rail gun' type particle system - one which is drawn horizontally along the projectile path causing collateral damage through a radius. The radius of effect is specified by the RailgunDamageRadius= tag in the [CombatDamage] section. For this to work, it would appear that the Verses= figures on the attached warhead should all be set to 100% or higher.
