Used as a multiplier to determine the delayed time effect to apply throughout the warheads CellSpread=. This is an upwards sloping line rather than the 'fade' normally applied to damage decreasing damage through the CellSpread=, meaning that subsequent explosions occur along the CellSpread= as time passes, creating a kind of 'chain reaction' or 'aftershock' effect. Multiply this value by the DelayKillFrames= value to determine the delay between the first and last explosions.
