Determines at what percentage of the total [[Strength]] does the health bar turns red.
When an object is damaged to this percentage of its original Strength= value then the color of its health bar turns red.
 
Condition red is associated with game functionalities. AI Engineers repair building when its condition turns red. Occupants leave the building. AI repair and sell logic also uses damage status (See [[IQ]]).
