Specifies the color that units are shaded to when Iron Curtained. The color is a number from the ColorAdd section.
This tag doesn't affect the color of the affected buildings, nor the color of the flash when the object is hit by a warhead. Both are hard-coded to black, and cannot be changed even by modifying entries from ColorAdd.
