Turns off the animation on low power. If the animation is SuperAnimThree, SuperLowPower is enabled for duration of low power.
If set to yes, the animation specified by [[ActiveAnim]] should use a replacement rule similar to [[SuperAnimThreePoweredEffect]], but in reality, I have not seen XXPowered Effect type Flags take effect outside of the association logic between [[SuperAnimThree]] and [[SuperLowPower]].<br>
But without this substitution effect, then this Flag has almost no difference in effect from [[ActiveAnimPoweredLight]], and either of them can achieve the corresponding effect.
