One of the computer controls that direct the makeup of a computer player's base. This specifies the percentage of a computer player's base, in terms of the number of buildings, that should be composed of anti-air defenses (of the building type SAM in Tiberian Dawn or SAM and AGUN in Red Alert).
The AI will only actually build AA defenses once it detects that the enemy has air units, itself owns a radar (of the building type HQ in TD or DOME in RA), and has enough credits to spare.
