Specifies whether or not you see 'Civilian' or the correct name over civilian structures and units. Appears to have no effect as, unlike previous C&C games, the addition of the UIName= system to Red Alert 2 means you always see an objects correct name when you leave the cursor over it anyway, although the CSF files contain strings for generic enemy objects - TXT_ENEMY_SOLDIER, TXT_ENEMY_STRUCTURE and TXT_ENEMY_VEHICLE.
