Defines the RGB color of the outer 'spread' of {{TTL|IsLaser|yes}} weapons. If this is set and is different from {{TTL|LaserOuterColor}}, you can get a colour-changing laser. Otherwise, no visible effect is produced.

is used as the laser's outer color.

Bugs/Side-Effects/Unexpected Limitations

This flag is only correctly read from the object's Primary weapon; If the object has a Secondary laser weapon, it will use the LaserOuterSpread values of the Primary weapon.
