A required tag for the Primary weapon of any InfantryTypes with Assaulter=yes set, it specifies the animation to play when the Assaulter 'clears out' a garrisoned building.

The AssaultAnim is found on a number of 'electric' weapons in Red Alert 2, such as what the Tesla Trooper uses, but the only infantry which have the required Assaulter setting to use this are Tanya and SEALs.
