***FATAL*** String Manager failed to initilaized properly is the error message repeated for every string in Red Alert 2, if, for example through usage of -nostr, RA2 was unable to properly initialize the string manager (as opposed to the string table).
Note that the misspelling of "initialize" is part of the error message and not a mistake from our side.
