When enabled, this would allow all initial units in skirmish games start with elite status ('''note:''' not veteran), excluding the MCV itself. However, the same flag appears in the multiplayer .MAP and .MRP files aswell, and these will override the InitialVeteran= flag found in Rules(md).INI. Therefore, even if you set the InitialVeteran= to positive value (yes, true, 1) in Rules(md).INI, it will be ignored if the map you're playing has InitialVeteran= set to negative value (no, false, 0).
When enabled, this makes all [[AllowedToStartInMultiplayer|initial units]] in skirmish games start with elite status ('''note:''' ''not'' veteran), excluding the [[MCV]] itself.

Note that despite being listed under {{s|General|link}} in {{ini|rules|link}}, this flag is actually read from {{s|SpecialFlags|link}} in the map.

Default: no

When enabled, this makes all initial units in skirmish games start with elite status (note: not veteran), excluding the MCV itself.

Note that despite being listed under [General] in rules(md).ini, this flag is actually read from [SpecialFlags] in the map.
