	This is used to enable the evacuation of civilian units in certain single player missions and can be set to 'yes' or 'no'. If you set this to 'yes', then any player-controlled unit with a Passengers= value set will automatically take off and leave the map when it has been filled with civilians (filled means it has reached its payload capacity as defined by the value held in its Passengers= statement).
