			In TS, AUTOCREATE_NO_RECRUITABLE and AUTOCREATE_YES_RECRUITABLE are independent of each other but in YR additional restriction aaply that is if AUTOCREATE_NO_RECRUITABLE is 1 then it cannot produce from factory.
